Refund Policy

Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Barn, Arena or Boarding using the EC Pro system. EC Pro US, as a service provider to Whole Heart Equestrian, does not issue refunds on behalf of Whole Heart Equestrian.

Please contact the Barn, Arena or Boarding directly. Whole Heart Equestrian is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
